When you contact us through the website, we process your name and email address, together with your organization, phone number and any other information you choose to provide.

We also receive the service or enquiry path you selected and the contents of your message.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you about it and, where relevant, take steps you request before entering into a business relationship.

Site preferences

The website stores a limited number of preferences and temporary interface states in your browser.

These include your selected language, light or dark theme, mobile navigation state and your reading position when switching languages.

These preferences are used only to provide the interface and behaviour you request. They are not used to identify you, create advertising profiles or track you across websites.

Visit statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies to identify visitors.

The analytics information available to Webxya is aggregated and is not intended to identify individual visitors.

We use Vercel Speed Insights to understand how quickly and reliably the website loads and responds.

Some of our service providers process personal data outside the United Arab Emirates.

Resend processes and stores customer data, including email content and delivery logs, in the United States.

Vercel operates infrastructure and uses service providers in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States.

Google Workspace (Gmail) may process and store email data through Google's global infrastructure and in jurisdictions outside the United Arab Emirates.

Where required by applicable data-protection law, these providers use recognized mechanisms for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses and other legally recognized safeguards.

Vercel, Resend and Google maintain their own data-protection and international-transfer arrangements applicable to their respective services.

Messages you send through the contact form and the resulting correspondence are normally retained for 24 months after our last communication.

We may retain information for longer where:

• we enter into a business relationship with you;
• it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
• we are required to retain it for accounting, tax, regulatory or other legal reasons; or
• another legitimate retention period applies to our relationship with you.

Resend currently retains email and delivery log data for 30 days on its Free, Pro and Scale plans.

Technical and security information processed by our hosting provider is retained according to the provider's applicable retention periods and our service configuration.

We do not keep personal data longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:

• ask whether we process personal data about you and request access to it;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• request deletion of your personal data;
• restrict certain processing;
• object to certain processing;
• request a portable copy of certain personal data;

They are not used for advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking.

Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights do not use cookies to track visitors.

Because we do not currently use optional advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, the website does not currently require a cookie consent banner for these technologies.

Our website and services are intended for organizations and professionals and are not directed at children.

We do not knowingly request or collect personal data from children through the website.
